Not to say this product will do well, but fitness devices have slowly been replaced by video workouts like Insanity, P90x, and Richard Simmons.

Either way, look the Flex Shaper up, it’s a great product and you should at least give it a chance!

Monkeys. Why do they also take the cake? It seems that Monkey Bands are currently manufactured and distributed by Bama Bandz and is in the top ten to being  one of the hottest silicone rubber bands out right now. The craze for silicone bracelets is spreading slower to the midwest to western states, which means more sales into the summer. Monkey Bandz do glow in the dark, and to be honest, aside for the low quality of the band, kids just want them for kicks.

A little birdy came to my attention that Japanese Erasers, like we touched on a while ago have started to sky rocket. Why is that you ask? Well being that the hottestproduct out there right now is a trading collectible, Silly Bandz, these follow right behind with ease. Kids are all over buying these little erasers not only for the collectibility but also because the detail is just so articulate. Desserts, Animals, Fast Food, and Hamsters, they’re all on the top chart for the hottest toys right now.

It only makes perfect sense. In an economy that is at the bottom and slowly starting to ascend, people still are wary to pull out their wallets. But for a product thats only $0.99, how you can you justify not buying it? Parents across the nation are letting their kids by the erasers as ways of rewards. $3.00-5.00/week is all the parents are giving to their kids for allowance and in trade they purchase 3-5 new erasers. That means every month one child/parent will buy 12-20 erasers. Times that by a million people a month out of what’s in the country and you’ve got yourself a darn good product revenue to start.

The era of expensive toys is going to lie dead in the water for quite some time. Why? the economy, people are saving more, and companies across the board aren’t pushing high price items like they used to 6-8 years ago when everyone thought they were making $500,000/year. It’s unfortunate that the people relied on these inflated, imaginary numbers of worth and sale price, but in the end its what we don’t have that makes us prosper, and these erasers is something for us to enjoy without spending our pay checks.

Well folks, it’s a done deal, we over at As Seen On TV & More have solidified a nice deal with a vendor who carries Disney Bandz and will be selling them on our siteimmediately. What do we think about them? For one the packaging is exactly like Bandz, except the top leaflette is bigger to hold more artwork. Secondly, the artwork itself is top notch. Disney wants nothing but the best, and it’s exactly that. Because of licensing, the Disney will go for $5.95 instead the regular $4.95 price point. Is it worth the price? Sure, why not, it’s only a dollar and you get collectibility out of them. Heck, I was on Amazon last night and saw a couple of them going for $16.99 + Free Shipping. People are gouging the garbage out of these bandz, and to be honest, it’s going to get out of hand unless Bandz orders 100 containers and fulfills orders so scarcity and gouging isn’t a problem. With great products come money, but also greed, and the people that are selling them are definitely showing their colors.

Aside from the personal vendetta of competitors, I wanted to blog about the Disney Bandz solely because it’s a refreshing but predictable move for this type of fad. It was only a matter of time until someone got their hands on these licenses and used the Bandz viral marketing to cash in on the craze.
