Please list the products you wish to purchase on a separate piece of paper with your name, shipping address, phone number, and a valid e-mail address(optional).

Also, please be sure to include the total amount due plus applicable shipping charges for your purchase. Upon receipt we will promptly ship your order to you.

Q: What is your return/defective policy?

A: RETURN POLICY:

We are more than happy to offer you a full refund on unopened items purchased from our website within 30 days of your order being shipped to you from our warehouse.  

Defective Policy:

You also may return items that are received damaged or defective within this 30-day window. Upon receiving this returned item, we will replace the defective item.

Please call our shipping department at 800-875-2026 before returning an item for a return authorization, and for us to send you a shipping label, as defective items will be shipped at our expense.

Products without a clearly visible "Return Merchandise Authorization" number will be refused at our warehouse.

Media items that have been opened are not refundable.  This includes CD’s and DVD’s unless this item is damaged.

Personal items and consumable items because of health code reasons are not refundable.

Q: It has been more than 30 days and my product is not working. What do I do?

A: Most items we sell come with a manufacturers’  warranty that extends beyond our 30 day window. Check your documentation for product details.

Q: Do you have a payment / installment plan?

A: No, at this time we do not offer a payment plan. 

Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: Yes. Our wholesale site is at www.asotvmktg.com

There you can fill out a reseller's application, and we'll get back to you promptly.

Q: Does Time Life recognize you as an approved distributor?

Q: Are your Time Life products "seconds" or are they identical equivalents to the products sold on the official Time Life website?

Q: Are you Time Life Music?

A: We are not Time Life Music. We are a retail distributor of Time Life products and our items are always brand new in retail packaging.

Q: I have placed my order but you have not taken the funds from my account. Why?

A: When we receive your order, we only place an authorization for the funds. We will complete the transfer of funds upon shipment of your item.

Q: When will my item(s) ship?

A: We will typically ship within forty-eight hours excluding weekends and holidays. This is the processing time it takes to leave our facility. This does not include postal transit time.

Q: I didn't receive an order confirmation. How do I get one?

A: We can e-mail you a copy of your invoice/order confirmation receipt.

Please contact us with the appropriate information as stated above and we will e-mail it back to you.

Q: My order is on backorder. When can I expect to receive it?

A: We strive very hard to maintain sufficient stock, but on occasion, a shipment may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Most backorders are resolved within two weeks.

Q: I received an authorization expired notification. What does this mean?

A: As stated before, we do an authorization of funds upon receipt of your order. We do not actually capture the funds until your item is ready to be shipped. The authorization for charging your card expires after 30 days. For security reasons, we do not store your credit card information. In order to complete your order we will need to reenter your card information.

Q: How do I track my order with the USPS?

Q: I placed an order though an automated response system. What has happened to my order?

A: If you did not speak to a live person then you did not place your order with us.

Q: I placed my order by calling the number advertised on television. Where is my order?

A: We do not currently run a televised commercial for any of our products. If you ordered from a phone number seen on a TV commercial, or spoke to an automated phone system you did not order from us.
