Return Policy

We are more than happy to offer you a full refund on unopened items purchased from our website within 30 days of your order being shipped to you from our warehouse.

Defective Policy

You also may return items that are received damaged or defective within this 30-day window.  Upon receiving this returned item, we will replace the defective item. 

Time Life Return Policy: For opened Time Life music sets, we charge a 15% restocking fee for any boxes with visible damages. This includes any blemishes that would prevent us from selling the music as new, including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, tears, splits, water or food damage, or any other markings on returned music boxes.

Please call our shipping department at 800-875-2026 before returning an item for a return authorization, and for us to send you a shipping label, as defective items will be shipped at our expense.

Packages without a clearly visible RMA number will be refused at our warehouse.

Media items that have been opened are not refundable.  This includes CD’s and DVD’s unless this item is damaged.

Personal items and consumable items because of health code reasons are not refundable.
