Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of the time of order, taking into account that we ship Monday through Friday.  The exception to this is the Resistance Chair, which ships from a different facility and while processed within 48 hours, may take longer to ship.

We offer several shipping options including expedited shipping.  These options are presented when you calculate your shipping:

    * USPS Priority mail
    * UPS Ground
    * UPS 3-Day Select
    * UPS 2nd Day Air
    * UPS Next Day Air


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on Time Life and Eagle Eyes, along with other select products.

Orders that have items with Free Shipping offers will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS Priority mail.  If you wish to expedite an item that offers Free Shipping, you can choose a faster shipping method during checkout.

If you would like to know the status of your order, check the e-mail that came when you submitted your order for login information.

We ship internationally, to the following countries using UPS or USPS, depending on the order, and customs charges, which are not included in our order price may be applicable depending on your country:

Shipments not Received

As we issue all packages with a traceable tracking numbe, we can tell when a package may have been left at your hous. If you do not have a package "in hand" when it says it was delivere, then we recommend the following steps before contacting us:

1. Check with your neighbors to determine if perhaps they had taken the package for you and forgot to notify you.

2. If the package was left on your doorstep and stolen, please file a police report if you suspect this, and send a copy to the shipping company and your insurance company, if applicable. Your insurance company may reimburse you for stolen items.

If we are at fault, we will gladly re-ship your package at our expense.
